   Company believes that prevention of faults is better than rectifying them. For this all engineers are instructed to study the site before installation and also to keep proper record of the faults occurred for study and future reference.

   It is the policy of Company to provide the best and quickest service possible. This service will be On-site and reducing the down time to as minimum as possible. Company offers a I-year comprehensive warranty on all the products supplied. Moreover, Company also enters into an
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT with the Clients. During this period, the Company's engineers will visit periodically for preventive maintenance, besides the complaint calls if any,
The Company also intends to open service centers for sites away from Mumbai to provide better service to the Clients at such places. Few such centers have already been opened.
